Why We Built This Site
Finding the office that owns a record is often harder than finding a search box. The Clerk of the Superior Court in La Paz County maintains Superior Court files from its office in Parker, the Arizona county seat, but the Justice Court and each municipal court keep their own records. Arizona Public Access collects case information supplied by participating courts, and the local clerk posts weekly calendars for Superior Court settings. The site maps those separate official routes and makes clear that an online case history is not the same as a clerk-certified copy.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket explanations: how La Paz County criminal and civil case histories are organized
- Hearing checks: how to read the court schedule and confirm the latest setting
- Case lookups: how to run a docket search with a legal name or case number
- Record requests: how plain copies, filed documents, and certification differ
What We Cannot Do
This privately operated reference has no connection to an Arizona court, clerk, or government office. As a result, its role is limited:
- We do not retrieve an official docket sheet or case file for a reader
- We cannot reset, cancel, or change any hearing or court date
- We have no power to amend, seal, or remove a court case
- We cannot certify a docket, order, judgment, or other court document
- We do not provide legal advice about any individual matter
- We cannot promise that a listed fee, phone number, or setting remains current
An official or certified record must come from the clerk or court that maintains the underlying case. This site can identify that source, but it cannot produce the document.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some content pages are supplied by outside providers. Those providers, not this site, determine their own results, prices, and terms. A paid enrollment may generate a referral payment that helps support the reference. The site does not control a provider's data or charges. Any La Paz County docket fact found through such a service should be verified against the record held by the responsible court or clerk.
